Hi! I’m Daryl Kong.

I graduated from Northumbria University and am a Barrister-at-Law (Lincoln’s Inn). I was called to the High Court of Malaya in 2016.

I also hold an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University and Diploma in International Arbitration.

I am principally involved in dispute resolution and throughout my years of practice, I have built a portfolio encompassing a wide range of construction disputes, commercial and corporate disputes, employment disputes, debt recovery and enforcement proceedings.

To date, I have gained extensive experience in representing domestic and international clients in all tiers of the Malaysian Courts.
