Kheng Hoe

I handle construction disputes, dealing mainly with arbitration and litigation matters including appeals. I love the interplay between legal and technical aspects of the practice, and I love the fact that my work is not confined to deciphering only the legal principles but also engineering, construction, architectural concepts and project management practices. And yes, I love to argue.

Lynn

I handle construction disputes, dealing mainly with adjudication matters. I am also an adjudicator empanelled with the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).

Daryl Kong Kai Xuan

Hi! I’m Daryl Kong. I graduated from Northumbria University and am a Barrister-at-Law (Lincoln’s Inn). I was called to the High Court of Malaya in 2016. I also hold an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University and Diploma in International Arbitration.

Pung Kian Bang

I primarily focus my practice on construction related matters. My experience ranges from dispute resolution and statutory adjudication under Construction Industry Payment And Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA).

Henry Ng Zong Hui

My journey with Kheng Hoe & Lee Yuen (“KHLY”) began with a group interview conducted by Kheng Hoe and Lynn. I was intrigued by the firm’s culture, where the Partners were not only friendly but also willing to share invaluable advice with potential candidates pursuing a career in the legal profession.
